NATA is once again partnering with Airside FBO President Kyle Eiserer and X-1FBO CEO Jim Wiley to present this advanced-level seminar for Customer Service Managers and Supervisors, Line Service Managers and Supervisors, and General Managers working in the FBO environment.
Building on the foundation of NATA’s long-standing Certified CSR Workshop, this program offers a deeper dive into the operational and cultural complexities of the modern FBO.
